JACradio Terms and Conditions
By using the JACradio website you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, then please exit the site and do not use any of its features.
JACradio has the right to determine at its sole discretion whether any behaviour by any user complies or does not comply with these terms and conditions. JACradio has the right to terminate the registration of any registered user for what it believes to be a breach of these terms and conditions.
As set out below, there are some behaviours that have no place in the JACradio community. In particular, we require you to be courteous and respectful in your online dealings with other members. For example, abuse hurts not just the intended victim but sours the feeling of the site and the experience of other users. All content contributed to the site will be moderated and we will delete offending content and curtail discussions that do not meet these standards.
JACradio will seek legal remedies against any user who causes JACradio loss or legal liability by their breach of these terms and conditions.
All JACradio content, whether as part of the radio web-streaming or contained on the website is protected by copyright and must not be downloaded or reproduced in any way.
JACradio encourages community participation, but registration and ongoing participation is at all times contingent upon complying with some basic rules:
JACradio encourages you to contribute content, but it MUST be your own material – your own music, your own photo, your own video, your own text. It MUST NOT contain anyone else’s content or breach anyone’s copyright or other legal rights. We take this very seriously because JACradio can be made legally liable for making this content available online.
You remain the copyright owner of contributed content but you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to use the material for the purposes of JACradio.
Upon agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions and finalising your registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. All activities – e.g. comments, submissions – made using your account are your responsibility.
If at any time you believe that a third-party is making unauthorised use of your account, you must contact us immediately.
WE respect your privacy and will not use any personal information collected from you (e.g. email addresses) for any purpose not associated with JACradio. We will not provide such information to a third-party.
